Estimate Requests

When you request a free estimate, we collect the property or service address, the type of space involved (home, mobile home, cabin, garage, or workshop), and any details or photos you choose to provide about your heating and cooling needs. This information is used to prepare an accurate estimate, schedule an in-home evaluation if needed, and follow up with you about the project. We retain estimate information to support future service history if you become a customer.

Calendar Bookings

If you book an appointment through an online scheduling tool linked from the Site, we collect the information needed to hold the appointment — typically your name, phone number, email address, and preferred date and time. We use this information to confirm, manage, and send reminders about your appointment by email or text message, consistent with the “SMS Communications” section below.

GoHighLevel CRM

We use GoHighLevel, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform, to receive form submissions, store contact and estimate information, manage scheduling, and send follow-up emails and text messages on our behalf. GoHighLevel acts as our data processor: it stores and processes the information described in this policy so that we can respond to and manage your inquiry, and it does not use your information for its own independent marketing purposes. Google Workspace Email

Our business email is hosted on Google Workspace. When you email us at info@blueridgeminisplitpros.com, your message and any information it contains are processed and stored through Google Workspace under Google’s business-grade security and data-handling commitments, described at the Google Workspace terms and Google’s Privacy Policy. We use Google Workspace email to correspond with you about estimates, scheduling, and service — not to send unsolicited third-party marketing.

SMS Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to text messaging — for example, by submitting a form that offers SMS updates or by texting us directly — we may send you text messages about your estimate request, appointment confirmations and reminders, and service updates. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
